I have been classically trained by Mrs Norma Hunter since 2002.

Built: November 2002 by Adelaide luthier Tim Guster.

In early 2007 Tim fitted twin piezzo pick-ups.


Weichselbaumer Alto

Nyckelharpa

Nyckelharpa
Built: 1987, Sweden.

Made from Ikea woods this instrument has 37 keys and 16 strings. The 3 melody strings are tuned G, C, A and the 4th drone string is tuned to C. The 12 sympathetic strings are tuned chromatically starting from G.


Hardanger Fiddle

Hardanger Fiddle
Built: 2007 by Liverpool luthier Glen Michael Hulme.

The Hardanger fiddle is a Norwegian violin, except it has sympathetic strings running throught the neck of the instrument.


Hammered Dulcimer

Hammered Dulcimer
A Washington Model built in August 1993 by Gillian Alcock, the Canberra based performer and instrument maker.

Recent additions to the musical collection are the JamMan looping pedal, RP6 effects pedal, GNX4 workstation
